<\/a><\/p>\nI included a non-Christmasy version for the rest of the year or for folks who felt it a little too festive for their dungeons. \u00a0The one in the back is the non-holiday version. \u00a0Works the same but doesn’t have the fancy paint job, and uses an actual padlock on the collar rather than the somewhat more festive but less secure candy cane.<\/p>\n
I’ve started to get requests for the Pipe Stand so – voracious capitalist that I am – I’m adding it to my vendors.<\/p>\n
Like most of my bondage equipment the Pipe Stand\u00a0uses a fairly simply menu system: The Self Bondage<\/strong> button and I’ll start by saying DON’T CLICK THAT YET! The Self Bondage button does exactly what it says it does and tries to grab the person who clicks it. If successful it will set a random timer and of course prevent the newly captured captive from escaping. They won’t even be able to see the timer.<\/p>\n The Scan<\/strong> button will look nearby for potential victims and present the person who clicked it with a list of the closest nine from which to select a victim.<\/p>\n And Help<\/strong> leads to this web page.<\/p>\n See? Simple, right?<\/p>\n Once you’ve got a captive on the Pipe Stand you’ll notice that it may be a bit of a tight fit. Y’see I’m what most people in SL would call short. They’d be wrong because I’m utterly perfect, but there you go. Since I build all my gear around myself – literally, I create a basic pose and build the device while I’m sitting on it – everything starts out Mina sized.<\/p>\n Since most people in SL aren’t utterly perfect like me, the Pipe Stand\u00a0has a rather nifty re-sizing system built into it. Click any of the pipes and suddenly the Pipe Stand\u00a0will look like it’s come under attack by Robin Hood cause there will be arrows everywhere…<\/p>\n Get it? Arrows… Robin Hood… Anyone? \u00a0Hmmpfh, moving on then. Clicking any of the arrows moves the associated parts slightly in that direction.<\/p>\n The left\/right arrows are actually in and out arrows. \u00a0They move the corresponding pieces either towards or away from the center of the Pipe Stand.<\/p>\n Once everything is all comfy – for a certain value of “comfy” – stop clicking and 20 seconds later the arrows will vanish.\u00a0Additionally the captive can adjust his or her position up or down with the Page Up and Page Down keys on their computer keyboard. They can shimmy forward or backwards with the cursor up and down keys. \u00a0If you’re the owner of the Pipe Stand you can also press both the page up and page down keys at the same time to save the current positions of the pieces at the default so you won’t have to adjust it each time you hop on it.<\/p>\n Touching any other part of the Pipe Stand\u00a0will bring up the Captive menu\u00a0which is pretty straightforward:<\/p>\n Release<\/strong>\u00a0let’s your captive got at once and returns the Pipe Stand\u00a0to the last saved position.<\/p>\n Timer<\/strong> lets you set a delayed release.<\/p>\n If you’re the owner of a Pipe Stand\u00a0then congratulations on your excellent taste in bondage equipment! And also here’s how you can customize your Pipe Stand. Start\u00a0by clicking on the device and then selecting the Settings option from the pop up menu. You’ll get a new and somewhat busier looking menu: The Access<\/strong> buttons let you manage who can use the Pipe Stand menus. There are three options, Public meaning anyone one can open the menu. Group meaning only members of the same group as the Pipe Stand\u00a0can access the menus, and only while they have that group active. And Private meaning it’s yours and yours alone. NOTE – The Access buttons control who can access the menu, but anyone using RLV with an active relay can be captured.<\/p>\n This Self Bondage<\/strong> button won’t grab you. Instead it lets you select the maximum amount of time that the Pipe Stand\u00a0will hold people who click the other Self Bondage button. Keep in mind that this is the maximum amount possible, but since it’s a random timer it can be anything from one minute up to the value you set. That’s why we call it random \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n The Range<\/strong> buttons simply let you set how far the Pipe Stand\u00a0will scan when looking for potential victims. The range of the range is from 5 to 95 meters in 5 meter increments.<\/p>\n The Save Pos<\/strong> button lets you store the current positions of the Pipe Stand\u00a0as the default.
